Cheesy Taco Soup
I spotted this recipe on Carlsbad Cravings (because that is my very favorite place to look for recipes!) and I could not wait to make it! My family had this yummy taco soup for dinner on Saturday and we loved it! The recipe that I am going to share makes about 6 servings, so I doubled this recipe and stuck half of it in the freezer to defrost and use as a meal in the future! :) You can find the original recipe HERE.

The original recipe is from Two Sister's Crafting and you can find it HERE.

Crêpes
My family had these crêpes for breakfast on Saturday morning and they were the best! We typically serve them with some strawberries, bananas, nutella, whipped cream and maple syrup! The recipe is from the Fannie Farmer cook book, and one recipe makes about 12 crêpes. I usually double the recipe and cook a few crêpes with ham and cheese inside to put in lunches for the week! Here is how I do crêpes!

Pumpkin Dinner Rolls
My skepticism towards pumpkin is over! I am all in on this pumpkin spice craze! This recipe comes from Carlsbad Cravings - this is my favorite place to get recipes from!! I have tried several recipes from Jenn's collection and I love them ALL! I have shared a couple of her recipes, but there are definitely more to come because all of her stuff is delicious!! You can find the original recipe HERE.

Chocolate Tour
Today I am talking about a fun little thing my family did a couple of weekends ago - a chocolate tour of Montreal! I would like to first mention that this post is comprised mainly of selfies and I am super uncomfortable about that! I don't love selfies, I find taking selfies awkward but I didn't know how else to document this experience. So, lots of selfies today but I promise you that these selfie posts won't be common!
The tour started off at Divine Chocolatier where I first tried a milk chocolate with crunchy rice. This was by far my favorite place on the tour because we got to meet the lady who makes all of the chocolate and she told us about different celebrities who have bought chocolate from the store (like Johnny Depp!!) We got to hear about how the chocolate is made and then we got to choose a kind of chocolate that we wanted to try!! I chose a Bavarian Milk Chocolate with Hazelnut Crunch and it was pure bliss!

Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes with Cinnamon Cream Cheese Frosting
I have always been apprehensive about pumpkin flavored food - I mean why would we add a vegetable to something that is supposed to be sweet!? I have only ever had pumpkin pie once in my life and I have never ever tried a Pumpkin Spice Latte! However, after trying these cupcakes I might just be brave enough to try some other pumpkin treats because these cupcakes were DELICIOUS!! These were served at the birthday party I went to this weekend and they were perfection! I got so many compliments on these tasty cupcakes. I highly, highly recommend whipping these up for fall because you will not be disappointed!

Friday Favorites: Fall Edition
Fall is in full swing and I am just basking in it! Here are my favorite fall things:
1. I love these Essie colors - I usually wear them each a couple of times throughout the fall! Chinchilly was the very first Essie nail polish I ever owned and now I only wear Essie! I love that Essie lasts a full week with minimal chipping!

Top 5: TV Shows
When I was thinking of shows for this post, I realized that I only really watch five TV shows! I occasionally watch some New Girl or Fresh prince of Bel Air, but here are the TV shows that I love:
Full House! I was going to share my favorite character, but I really don't have one! It usually bounces around between Uncle Jesse, Michelle, Stephanie, DJ or Kimmy Gibbler! I love everything about this show!

Samoa Girl Scout Cookies
A couple weeks ago, I shared a recipe for Samoa Bundt Cake, and I was inspired to continue with the theme and make Samoa cookies! I have never tried one of the boxed girl scout Samoa cookies, so I don't know if these compare but they were pretty delicious! I got this recipe from Just a Taste, and you can find the original recipe HERE. I halved the original recipe because I did not want 4 dozen Samoa cookies, so here is my halved version of the recipe:
